This is actually a really old piece, from back when I was playing with dialogue. Originally, it was set to find a place in a larger work, but now i'm not so sure. Considering its age, I'm surprised I still like it as much as I do! Critique is still welcomed, though 
I couldn't quite decide what sort of monster I want the evil character to be. Demon? Dark wizard? I don't think a literal dragon, but perhaps...? Scarier if I don't say, I think.
